  • @dirac33 The power jack usually breaks when you have power plug plugged in and let's say your laptops falls down from the table or similar situation. If you want to apply DC to the mother board you can do it on the power jack contacts or find the ground on the board and connect (-), and apply (+) to the power jack contact.

  • @sataslt71 Good vid - what usually breaks in the power jack? I have one of these with what I assume is the same issue. Where to apply DC to the board directly to test it?
