Re: Kajetokun's suspension

That's Chad Hurley, CEO of youtube, for those who don't know. I don't necessarily blame him for this, but the youtube staff needs to acknowledge Fair Use law more. A lot of people (including me) have had their accounts banned when they haven't done anything wrong, because their videos are parodies.

Update : Kajet is back. I guess he tried to make his own site but, no dice.

Despite this, I stand by my point that youtube needs to acknowledge Fair Use more. And this vid is still somewhat amusing, so I'll leave it up.

He was banned because some random person kept claiming to own a bunch of people's videos that he didn't own just to get people banned. It had nothing to do with fair use.

@Intrafacial86 UPDATE: checked a few minutes ago and found his channel. Just add "/user/Kajetokun" to the end of the youtube url. He said he's gonna wait until youtube fixes their problem with the false content claims to re-upload his old videos.

I think this was the result of those malicious people who have gone around claiming video content as theirs (when it actually isn't), and if someone gets enough complaints against them there is an automatic suspension, even if those claims have not been verified. This was a serious problem several months ago.

Also, I came here because I couldn't find his channel. I think he may have been banned again, either that or he closed his account himself.
