Not too lean, I'm happy with my body, because I'm in good shape, I just want to get a little leaner, similar to Russel Westbrook for example. Right now I'm at like Luol Deng lol

@EGGSLAMMERHEAD There is no 'right' answer... this isn't an actual workout but rather a mix of all of the exercises we do with our players...

hey coach I have a cousin who is really good at basketball. He plays highschool varsity here in canada but he would really like to play for a big school in the states. Is there any chance that dematha is interested

whats the difference between using kettle bells and doing the same workouts with regular weights.
