In tribute to our beautiful daughter, Ellie Potvin. It is hard to believe that only 6 weeks ago... Ellie lost her valiant fight against stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma in our home. Her spirit lives on forever in our hearts. This video was made by Amy, Ellie's Mommy, to capture the joy of Ellie's childhood with her twin sister Grace. But, it also includes a glimpse of what pediatric cancer will do to a child.

Yesterday we celebrate the 7th week that our Ellie gained her wings.. last night I had my first dream. I was looking into something, not sure if a painting or water or something... and all of a sudden I saw Ellie's image. I screamed "ELLIE" , it was so loud, yet I remained quiet in real life. As I woke, my body was covered in tingles ... it was the oddest experience. I miss you my little angel.

I watched this video afew times, I used to follow on twitter and supper Ellie by getting my followers to follow teampotvin! I was saddened to see she had passed away (only found out afew days ago).. She was a beautiful little girl in &out and our loss was truly heavens gain. I hope Grace always remembers they have a bond no one could ever break. Next year I'll do the run for the cure in Toronto for Ellie Potvin! I admire her strength and courage, shes opened up my eyes completely.. RiParadise
