  • Plus, when reading, Frank puts far too much emphasis on how squeaky clean O'Brien is. And far too much emphasis on the fish, the wet back seat and clearing O'Brien's car, where I believe Hoffa was immediately dispatched. Not by Frank, but by the only one who's still active, the one with most to gain from the story, the one that even JRH, as wise as he was, wouldn't have expected, O'Brien himself.

  • I tell ya, I don't buy Sheeran's complete testimony. Hoffa was tough and savvy as they come. He certainly knew Frank was the perfect man for the job, being both his friend and a stone cold operator. So for a plan that tight, with a timeline and wives waiting for a safe return, it makes no sense that he was driven to a house without being certain he was unarmed. Frank even taking a knife wound could completely blow rejoining the wives as if nothing happened. It just don't fit a plan that tight.

  • I Heard You Paint Houses is the book you want to read if you want to know what happened to Hoffa. On a side note - that guy who gave Hoffa a kiss looked like a freaking giant. I know Hoffa was short but that guy must have seven feet tall.

  • Thanks for your opinion, but we all know what opinions are like!

  • yeah might as well try to achieve intergalactic travel than find his remains

  • If someone out there has the whole espisode, you will be my hero if you post. Please and thank you.

  • he said in an interview that "he let the mob use him," and also that he made sure that "he used the mob more than they used him." This statement pissed off the mob and they killed him to set example. Glad hoffa's gone, teamsters are a detriment to the economy, and unions should not be supported. We have laws now that weren't around then. Unions hold back productivity.

  • for sure the body was cremated and proably dumped over a bridge. Im reading a book on the Teamsters right now and the author seems to think the NJ mob did the hit

  • Holy Shit Nesnman, really?

  • this is totally unreliable but as far as i know he pissed the mob off enough that he was dismembered and placed in an oil drum then sent to itally so some people there could see the body first hand weird eh
