BP and the whole oil industry are greedy and don't give a crap about what people they endanger or the environment. Anyone that does not know that is clueless.

Have you ever met anyone in the oil industry? They all think their shit don't stink. From the CEOs to the rig hands. They get that high paying job and nothing else matters. I'm from Wyoming and have kicked more ass on oilfield trash than I can remember. They're all trash! through and through!!!!

P.S you want a job on a drilling rig, get your EMT license, then Paramedic, and go to work for Acadian Ambulance and contract as a rig medic. Best job offshore, other than stability (BCO).

@floatpool nicely put brother, it's funny with these retard's who are quick to blame and point a finger. I had told my boss the same thing, I don't want to hear any bitching, unless your ready to stop purchasing oil and gas today so thing's like this wont happen, I don't want to hear it, I'm def not ready to stop buying gas, accident's happen and companies cut corner's all the time, it happens everywhere. Keep up the great work dude, I tried getting on an oil rig haven't had any luck whatsoever.

@cherylramjattan I'm sure you're always safe in everything you do, from buckling up your seatbelt, to not answering your cell phone when you're driving. I was safer on an offshore drilling rig than I ever was on I 55 driving through Memphis and Jackson on my way to the rig. BP fucked up, and the Rig Manager from Transocean didn't have enough balls to tell him to fuck off. One blowout and all you knee jerks are ready to shut down drilling. I'll bet you won't quit buying gasoline though.

As he talked I visualize everything he was saying and couldn't help but feel like watching a movie. It is amazing how he survived that ordeal. Yes indeed he made it for a good reason, in fact a very good reason only he himself would have understand.

What we're not hearing in the Main Stream Media, is BP's biggest rig sitting out in the Gulf is in worse condition and if that one blow it will make this Gulf Oil Spewing look like a trickle!
