The funny thing is, you get all wound up for Obama using the word "negative" to describe the Constitution--when he's using the word correctly, no less!--but you are ambivalent about REAL, ACTIVE violence against it by the Neocons (which we should rightly call Neo-liberals, from a foreign-policy and historical standpoint). The point is, they're not the least bit Republican, they're phonies and there are so many people who have bought into it. Sad.
