This is the best method for meditation that I have found. You can meditate while listening to it or you can just watch it first and then give it a go. This is what we all need to do everyday. Once this basic method has been mastered you can move on to more advanced meditation techniques with ease including astral travel.

  • I've tried this method and I'm still surprised with what I experience everytime I meditate.. the first time I tried it I felt very nauseated like I was about to throw up but it hasn't happened since, sometimes there are some pains, but I believe that it's the body healing right?

  • @yoonyjane You bet, or, that is what it sounds like to me. I have had the sickness too. It is related to your hara and tan-tien areas of your etheric body. The sickness is related to a clearing in that area (usually some sort of child hood trauma). The pains are going to go away with more meditation. You are literally healing your self! Thats great! Keep up the good work friend!

    yes exactly.

    it will take years before it will be a natural phenomena for you...than god willing you will be enjoying it like you enjoy a cup of tee or a walk.

  • @yoonyjane in the first months & sessions of meditation, either yoga ones, qi gong ones, tai chi etc ... It is better to be guided by a master. then very quickly you will be able to practice by yourself. Enrgetic techniques and meditations methods can be harmful if learnt from a book or a video, since they activate very deep systems in your bodies (nervous system, blood circulation, prana /qi circulation etc ...); don't play with fire ... just an advise :-)... namaste
