On March 27, 2010 writer Frank Rich was quoted in the New York Times Op-Ed section The Tea Party movement is virtually all white. Is this true? He then closed his article with Are these politicians so frightened of offending anyone in the Tea Party-Glenn Beck base that they would rather fall silent than call out its extremist elements and their enablers? Many media outlets, including MSNBC, the Washington Post, CNN, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the Huffington Post among others are insinuating that there is racism in the Tea Party movement. @twosulcata Did you see the Rasmussen polls? Romney wins over Obama. Santorum loses by 2 % pts, but undecideds are quite likely to go against Obama per his ridiculous energy policies. Gingrich is only the big loser by 10 % pts. Obama will lose big time in the next election.

@twosulcata Um... Are you sure that you are communicating with the right person? I actually agree w/u on this. Obama keeps looking for alternatives to oil for the short term, but has proven inept at finding any. Seriously, algae? It's ridiculous.
We have large untapped reserves in TX, NM and the Rocky Mtns of oil. We should be drilling there and telling the Saudis to screw themselves, but Lefties are obsessed w/so-called clean energy. It's ridiculous.

@speedoflite1 Obama to audience at Univ of Miami, FL: "We’re making new investments in the development of gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel that’s actually made from a plant-like substance, algae -- you've got a bunch of algae out here... we could replace up to 17 percent of the oil we import for transportation with this fuel that we can grow right here in America."

@speedoflite1 I referred to a quote of Margaret Thatcher's in contrast to Jeb Bush's. Margaret Thatcher was NOT the issue, nor was Jeb Bush. THeir respective quotes were at issue.
