  • Dear Lord, if you will not grant these fools repentance, please put them in the situation of the babies being murdered under the "rule" of what Rounds called "law" and make them taste a fate as bad or worse than that of the babies they condemned to die under the "rule" of "law." Amen.

  • It appears to me that Governor Rounds, albeit his desire is to end abortion, must as he has clearly stated that the Supreme Court has already deemed the unborn as being 'non-persons' wrongfully; therefore, it is needful to follow the rule of law through the divisions of the various courts as is presented in the American Constitution. However, I am confident that the citizenry can see rightly that those who are acting in the name of the law are often not necessarily following the Constitution.

  • The guy that is doing the interview is a real idiot!

The Gov. needs to follow the law and he is doing his best to change the law.

Go after the baby killers that would rather see a baby aborted than born!

  • This is not a matter of state law. We all would like it to be and more so we would like there to be a Federal ban on all abortion, but that's not the world we live in right now.

A governor has no authority to nullify Federal rulings despite the fact that Federal rulings may be wrong.

  • It's the supreme court that is the villian. Gov. Rounds would be kicked out of office for the action that is being suggested, and a new gov. would reopen the clinics.

  • great apologists and governors and politicians have been great in explaining their legal approach to ending abortion for the past 34 years. where are we today? babies are still being murdered. the time has come for the governors who have any convition to stand up to the federal government which has no constitutional right to order the states around on domestic issues

  • I think Mr. Rounds is right in his interpretation of the law and the powers he holds. I don't personally agree with his stance on the issue, but he is right about the lawmaking/enforcing process. The interviewer obviously does not understand the constitution and the process of "checks and balances".

  • If it was your sorry butt about to be slaughtered because men in robes determined you a non-person, you would not be witching about the "rule of law". Any law that is a lie is no law at all.

  • What a great apologist! Governor Rounds was great in explaining his legal approach to ending abortion. The interviewer is apparently a lawless man who does not believe in government and the rule of law.
