Good stuff. I have seen so many cycling vids on youtube of pictures and they just dont hold your concentration. This one does, thanks.

Normally I don't like slideshows very much but the pace & random beauty throughout your video is very captivating. The freedom enjoyed in this vid. gives me pangs of envy, I too intend to drop everything and strike for horizons unseen. Thanks for being part of that inspiration. There is one boring question I have, how did you finance your trip, did you save first or work along the way, both? Thank you very much, I'll be looking for your book on shelves.

looked for your book today,couldn find it anywhere,they said it was being republished on August 24th here in Ireland,hope to read it soon.

@wallykav1516 Thanks for writing. Ordering the book overseas works a little different. The second edition is coming out soon. You should be able to order it at any store, on Amazon, or you can visit my site and buy a book via paypal and I can ship it to you.There is also an audio and e-book version to save shipping.

You are truely an insperation,im from Ireland and planing to ride to Africa,can you answer,what are some of the things you could have not done without?I can imagine it is very lonely.Good on you.I'll look for your book this weekend,it will keep me company on my journey

@wallykav1516 Good luck on your journey. The main things are water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks, camera, paper, pencil, positive attitude, Brooks saddle, schwalbe tires. You can see my supply list on my website.
