I've thought of this a while ago, but didn't think it would be that practically applicable since in a team match you could just grab-release your opponent's for infinites WITHOUT damaging your partner. If my partner throws a laggy attack and I'm Falco, I just shoot them to end it.

Now, this could get serious when you come up with not spamming the same move over and over.

the grab infinite can only be used when theres one person left. this can be used (if done smartly) when both people are left, il post some doubles matches as soon as i get them

If the community strives to level the playing field how come almost everyone plays as top tiers? If a tonne of people played as bottom tiers, more advance techs would be discovered for that character, making things more level when they had to square of against meta knight.

though winning with style is considerably more awesome than winning normally, if something is exploitable and helps you get closer to the objective you winning...

you exploit it.

simple as that. it might be lame, but if it is effective.. why the hell not?

eeaaazzzzzyyyy buddy. I didn't say you said anything about items. What I was trying to say is the community strives to make the playing field as level as possible so that the best technique and the best match earns the win. Also, if you have a match where its down to 2 to 1, that would make something like this pointless. Your team should be winning anyway. So the only real reason I can see this being used is to showboat. I'd still rather take the win the ol' fashioned way though.

Most of Brawl is either chaingrabs, Meta Knight, and camping/spamming. It's not going to change.

This technique is pretty situational anyway, it's not going to work unless there's only one player on the opposing team.

only bitches play that game. The reason tournie players turn off items and play is so you get wins you deserve and not cause you collected dragoon pieces. So for this to be a tactic just kinda goes backwards. It's like showing up with guns at a knife fight. Welcome to my tarnished delivery of anal reciprocation. Delve into it.

I'm glad you guys are thinking creatively and finding tricks that work to your advantage. The only problem is that I'm not impressed by a spamming technique. If I lost a match to you guys in team play because you spammed me with 11 pk fire's in a row I would make you apologize to me for being so lame. Then the loss would be yours. Can I get an amen?
