7 Seconds 99 Red Balloons - Malfunction Episode 3

This is the conclusion of Malfunction Episode 3 which contained footage of the 1999 Warped Tour at RFK Stadium. There is a brief Blink 182 montage and then 7 seconds come on and play 99 Red Balloons. They stop to sing happy birthday to someone and then continue.
Like all episodes of my cable public access show, there is a glorious pile on right before the credits roll. If you watch closely you can see Tad, Mike from Striking Distance, Timmy No Justice and the guy from Skarhead. Also at the very end there is a quick cameo of Eminem.

PS. I wasn't really trying to diss blink 182.
