From acclaimed musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie(The Devils's Rejects, House of 1000 Corpses) comes an entirely new take on the highly successful and terrifying Halloween legacy that began in 1978. While revealing a new chapter in the established Michael Myers saga, the film will surprise both classic and modern horror fans with a departure from prior films in the Halloween franchise. Audiences should brace themselves for unprecedented fear as Zombie turns back time to uncover the making of pathologically disturbed, even cursed child named Michael Myers.

  • @michaelvoshell I haven't seen this yet but that is the first impression I got from this trailer. They were suburban people not trailer trash, and he didn't have long hair.

Don't get me wrong I agree about 1000 corpses and he did that one spot on!

  • @theone225 She did in Halloween H2O. With an axe.

  • This film is a masterpiece, saw it in the theater the first time when it was released thinking it would be a travesty and ended up going back 4 more times and buying both dvd releases, the special edition (theatrical version) and the Unrated director's cut. Halloween II was ok from a Rob Zombie styled fan but did not capture the same mojo as this film did here. I'm glad Rob did it because someone else would have screwed it up.

  • i love this movie :D

  • i like this film but why august 31st and not october 31st?

  • Michael Myers does NOT have long hair, Rob Zombie does!

  • I understand that this is a remake. But I think Halloween Resurrection should have never been made. A perfect ending to the Halloween saga would be for Laurie Strode to finally kill him, and to chop his head off which makes sure that he cannot return.
