okay, so I've seen a couple of these on youtube and they seeem to be pretty simple and thats what I need....SIMPLE!!!! hahaha

somtimes I get totallyyyyy overwhelmed with questions and I REALLY want to answer ALL of them - so I figured this would be the best waaaaaay. and I'm totally NOT an expert or a therapist but I promise I will do my best based on ME!!!!

also, if you have suggestions on videos you'all want to see (I admit, my ideas are sometimes so fa out there), let me know here tooooooooo :-)
