Cambodia: YUON LOOTERS AND SQUATTERS (1/2) [KH]

An interview with Pen Sovann:

 Major General of Mike Force and commander-in-chief, Kim Hour, who is a nephew of Yiey Tien, clearly describes the stolen goods to Srok Yuon in 1975: "Every night, I saw hundreds of hundreds of Peugeots 404 and Mercedes in line waiting to cross Prek Neak Luong, which were sent to Srok Yuon continually." "From 1975 to 1977, every night, there were many trucks, whose doors were well-closed, carried all Cambodian properties, stopped in crowded waiting to get on ferry in Kompong Chamlaang Prek Neak Luong in order to go on one direction." (was Srok Yuon!) "In the end of 1979, every day, I always saw many trucks carrying wooden doors, windows, chairs and blackboards. Those trucks, which were not closed, so I can see clearly those things they carried to continually
 In Yiey Tiengs "Who was Angkar Leur/Cap Tren?" Even the tables, chairs and blackboards for students, windows and building materials, which Angkar Leur/Cap Tren had to pull down and transport out of the country. Khmers lived in Battambang who saw with their own eyes during the day Angkar Leur/Cap Tren ordered to call up the people to collect all properties in Battambang city, piled up along the roadside beside New Stone Bridge; some were put at the bank, especially at Prek Moha Tep by Thom Hospital of Battambang province. At night, there were many big convoys came in to collect and transport in sequence to Vietnamthis was done on the land road. As for water way, at night all properties were carried down to big boats that were stopped in front of Thom Hospital of Battambang province.
 Some of our Khmer brothers who reassured to witness with their own eyes that the chiefs of convoys and boats were all but real Yuon. Ta Ang who reassured to witness that he saw with his own eyes that there were many large boats lined up in front Wat Rom Dul to New Stone Bridge along the bank of Sangke River in sequence for all day and night. Since the end of 1975, the persons who were in charge of the boats were all Yuon for transporting all properties of Cambodia to Vietnam.
 In mid of 1977 Angkar Leur/Cap Tren who ordered to conscript too many Khmers to collect tables, chairs blackboards and starting to remove villa building. Mr Ta Ang spoke as he was walking to point out his fingers to Tiengs villa that was pulled down at the beginning of 1978, and then they carried down to the boat that had stopped in front Wat Rom Dul. There were 300 villa buildings, which were behind Wat Rom Dul, were easily removed and loaded into the boats because it was too close to the bank.

- How is the deal Campuchia-Thai territory (some kind of temple??) that make the fight open? I do not think Thai is tough soldiers.
