Ugly building in Arbroath

Shockingly inappropriate building in Arbroath.

I like it. Now that it is painted it looks cool. Get modern, it is the 21st century you know. Arbroath Harbour needs more yacht berths BTW.

I accept your point. But to my mind it looks too much like the "City Quay Designer Outlet" in Dundee Docks. It has an air of desperation about it.

Yes I have seen much uglier too. ( the Scottish Parliament for instance) ......I think it's the LOCATION of this one which causes offence.

We cant keep living in the past there's gonna have to be a point where we embrace the future and also it's clean which in Arbroathian terms is a major complement

Yeah that building is fucking horrible id rather go to the Glasgow Docklands and say some tenements are nicer man!!

+ on the round about next to it now they have put 2 giant pieces of rap in the middle of it which is apparently 'fish' I cant see how its fish ...

I think it's all right now it's finished and open. It was a bit of a horror show in construction though. Kinda matches the new roundabout at the same bit .. looks like a wee plane has crashed in the middle.

if you think thats ugly ,feel free to walk around dundee ,the land of the supermarkets , theres the wellgate , some empty shoping center across from the overgate, a blue building near the wishart arch ,and of coures the new coured houses on the hilltown , o not to forget all the student flats we just out up just off blackness , wellcome to the most crap colettion of buildings in ,well at least Scotland

I confidently predict that next time this building features in the media, it will be after one of those "freak storms" which seem so popular now. A North Easterly gale will rip off that flimsy roof and - with any luck- deposit on top of the Bervie chipper.

oops i worked on it for a couple of weeks , can only say sorry , but i only work for the gits that put it up lol, o and weve built wores , o and seen the drawings of our next one , just think your self lucky its not in your town lol .
