This is a larger part of the video that Drudge and his right-wing lunatic friends are trying to pass off as Obama putting together some Civilian Forces.

It's part of a video that the Obama campaign has on their sight called "A Call To Service", where Obama explains the need for not only a strong military(in which he proses to expand by 10's of thousands) but a strong service industry, like the Peace Corps, Americorp, Energy Corps. Etc..

@Totalpranny I'm a conservative and a conservative friend told me that Obama was trying to set up some civilian Brown shirt regime. I was skeptical--how could someone talk openly about something like that and not be exposed as a nut, right? Well, my friend sent me a 24 second clip and tried to rest his case on that. I didn't buy it. Thanks to this video--which I sent him--it proves that his paranoia is completely unwarranted. What silliness!
