This is my 2nd match EVER (I never played offline) so no haterz please -_- Here is online gameplay of me using Klassic Scorpion vs. Kratos. I got the code to unlock his MK1 costume by reserving it from Gamestop. Don't forget to vote and more Mortal Kombat gameplay vids to come! :-D

can you do the toasty fatality with a normal scorpion costume even if you have the klassic one.

As long as you have the Klassic Costume unlocked, you can perform the Toasty Fatality with any Costume.
