MP001 Review and Common Problem (High Quality)

This is a review and a description of a common problem with the AGM MP001 having to to with "slam fire", and a brief review of the formerly Leapers UTG 2-9x50 Mil Dot scope with intensified reticule support.

The AGM MP001 sniper rifle is a generic replica of the Tokyo Marui VSR-10 sniper rifle.

The problem with my gun is that it "slam fires" or does not allow the trigger sear to correctly catch the spring and slams back to its original position when the bolt is pushed back into its original forward resting position after being cocked back. As I will tell you I have taken the gun apart and have found and patched the trigger sear with a small flexible piece of aluminum (soda can metal works the best) and some super glue. In another video, I will show you my method of fixing it, but currently, since my method has taken me hours and hasn't given me any success the second time around, I would appreciate some help from anyone who knows about this problem.

Update**: My friend's gun is now fixed! Thanks to all that helped!

@serilistex4 the AGM L96 is definitely a better choice for its more solid built parts. definitely a longer lasting gun

when you take off the stock there is the metal part atatched to the trigger and the the barrel and there is a little pin you have to glue that down and the pin should line up with an indent in the metal glue that piece with super glue and that should stop that from happening when i get this gun i will make a video TYPE IN HOW TO FIX AGM MP001 FROM SLAM FIRING

Hehe. I just looked up "reticule" because I've noticed that pronunciation/spelling mostly from Brits (on this side of the pond it's usually spelled/pronounced "reticle") and it turns out that not only is it a variant of reticle, but it's also a small purse or handbag.

I just started having this problem with my gun and it brings a tear to my eye. to anyone thinking of getting it is an amazing gun if your not a hardcore player. never had a problem with mine until today and have had it for about 3-4 years now. i mainly used it for shooting my unexpecting friends from a nearby tree or my roof. its accurate and i usually never missed, hurts like a bitch haha very fun gun and im gonna miss it prob going to look at some new ones today
