This song is Chopin's emotions for when the Russians invaded his homeland of Poland. He had left only a few days before the invasion had began, and in his rage and sorrow wrote this piece. He would never again return to his birthplace.

Chopin was crazy. And more power to him, for it! This is a powerful piece, and the OP's guess as to his imagination at the time is as good as anyone else's.
What was *really* going through the man's mind? We won't ever know! And maybe that's best.

Well, maybe not, but the song remind me of beautyful things in general, and i like flowers :) So pleace, don't hate me for it.
