@icerat4 What is up with you people this week? This is a fantastic sandwich. You use the meat, onion and bread you like on yours. This is absolutely far from a fail. Being that I am from Philly, I love Philly cheesesteaks, but I also love watching other people's interpretations of a Philly cheesesteak. This certainly looks delicious, there are so many variations, I don't think I've ever met a philly cheesesteak I didn't like. ;-)
