dude, for real. who cares? obviously not many people other than you! im not one of those crazed avril followers nor do i really care about her music. but god damn dude, you must be the most die hard avril fan to care that fucking much about her music to know her no-name songs that most people have never heard because they arent played on the radio.

who cares, it's called borrowing. New artists are CONSTANTLY taking old beats and remixing them into new songs. You hear that new crappy rap song, "Whatcha Say"? It happens all the time.

Well, you don't have to say you're inspired by someone to be inspired by someone. I'm a huge fan of Peaches and I just don't see any problem here except a small resemblance, but there's nothing sue-worthy. Writers/authors steal styles from each other all the time so I wouldn't be shocked if other artists did it. Avril just does it badly.
