30 years ago I started training because I believed this was something I could not Master - and I was right. Even the simplest technique can never be mastered.

Okinawans "created" karate to defend themselves against the Japanese samurais.
The Japanese samurais only knew jujitsu at the time, Karate spread to Japan throughout the late 1800's.

most of the students in the class dnt have power in their punches. best way for them to realize that is to watch their punch as opposed to the master.
