Call of Duty 2 - Soviet Training

The first "training" mission of the Russian/Soviet campaign of Call of Duty 2 - Not much to say about the game, I suppose everybody have already played it.

In this video it ran with a average FPS of 26 while recording and twice while not recording - High settings, Textures High (not highest such) and Normal lightnings effects and accidently got x4 AA active so add about a 50% extra FPS with it off, it does eat alot of performance out of this rig.

I usually play with xAA Off and put the extra cream into the 'Ultra' textures instead so faces and weapons would get the real detail they deserve.

I wish I had got this for the computer. I bought a copy for the XBOX360, then it froze, so I traded it in for a new one. I went through THREE COPIES AND THEY ALL DID THE SAME THING! I'm never buying that game again.

Then it's not a software issue.

@BorkaBonum I doubt that it would only do that for ONE game if it was a hardware problem. So it IS a software problem caused by crappy coding.

If it would be a software problem it should have factored in every single copy of the game. Which is does not.

And when did you try to run the game? Connected to Xbox Live? Updated firmware and updates for the game?

i used to rock this shit all day in the zombie mod...best times of my video game life...i'd never get bored of this but now that i have a ps3 and call of duty black ops,mw2, and every other game i still think of this game and miss it...but now i can't re-download this game because my old discs are all scratched up

You can't download the game becuase of scratched discs?

As for the discs you should be able to whet your discs at some spot like Game, Gamestop or some other retailer who still actively sells discs as a physical medium.

Worst-case scenario: buy Call of Duty 2 on Steam during a sale. Unless the current 19,99€ feels okay to you.
