how long do you cook it in the oven after the browning and at what temperature?

You cook it to desired, rare 140 F, medium 150 F, well 160-170 F. The oven temp should be 350 F. It takes about ten minutes maybe less.

I did it, lol. I went ahead and made this meal for my girlfriend for her birthday. She was really hungry when she came over so she was able to gobble up the whole thing hehe. I did add some rice and french fries to the steak, similar to a meal I used to have when I was a kid. Thanks for the advice on the rib-eye though, took me a while to find a good one, but def made a nice meal.
