Here's a sample of what I do for my bench press workout. The volume in this workout was lower than normal because my upper body was feeling beat up and weak. Most likely this is because of the huge number of pullups I've been doing lately.

  • what I mean is, I thought your bench press would be a lot more than that, considering how much you do on legs

  • @swettybettybob I have had multiple elbow surgeries due to an injury I sustained when I was 10 years old. It has held me back in my training my whole life. I still managed to bench 429 at one point.

  • Specific to what? The workout routine you use is going to depend on dozens of individual factors that make up your unique situation.

  • ive never thought abt doing tates w bands cant wait to try them i do alot of skulls with bands and pushdowns

  • sorry, i didnt see all the other vids you had out. But i am taking notes and have subscribed to your page. I am new to the deadlift but i tried 405 the other night for grins and pulled it off. I need to start from scratch though. I want to try your grip next time i hit the gym.
