  • You need to review your source for this video. It is extremely difficult to have student loans discharged under chapter 7 bankruptcy.

  • Chptr 7 will not discharge student loans under any circumstance since November, 1997. Everything else you say is true.... thx.

It's called captioning. The words are what she is saying. You can turn it off by clicking on the CC button to the left of the 360p button.

  • why is the writing on the video?

  • If you are crippled mentally and physically then you can discharge. You need really good proof like a year in a psychiatric ward or a roadside bomb iexplosion

    in Iraq.

  • If you can walk or limp and have never been confined to a psychiatric institution you probably cannot get your loans discharged.

  • I want you to pay off that loan and keep paying that interest so that I could get my dividends off my bank stocks that are in my BMO Monthly Income Fund.

  • My lawyer told me that unless my legs were cut off and I could not work at all , I could not file Bankrupcy chapter 7 or 13!

  • you can't include student in bankruptcy! wrong info.
