I've watched this video several times and I've sat here and knitted this along with the video several times too. Each time on the purl side, somehow I manage to get an extra stitch in every time on the purl side and I don't know how this is happening. I start out with 21, then at the end of the purl side, I have 22, then again on the next purl side, I have 23 ... help.

this was a HUGE help for me! thanks !!!! i'm a fellow knitter myself. i own the 101 designer one skein wonders book. i was trying the figure out the cross stitch........ the book didnt help so i went online. thank you so very much! my piece looks great!
so far i have got the gartner (knit), stockinette(purl), moss (seed), and cross stitch down pat! next? Cable. know any great videos to help?
