  • @andocrates Usher is a thug. You can't equate a progression from Bach to Barber in the same context as rap. So little Richard gave way to rap ?

  • Incredible --- Percy Sledge is the man! What a voice.

  • @MrPaul263 So damn true. This is originally a Procol Harum song, but I know what you mean. Look up Timbo - I'm Not Perfect, it will give you chills.

  • @andocrates, No it just reflects the most marketable person now a days. Ushers just another sell out artist with no substens, trying to tell everyone whats cool and whats not! There ten a penny.

  • @MrPaul263 Usher is as talented as any artist in American musical history, black or white.

Black music has always reflected black culture - in fact all popular music MUST reflect culture to survive. Bach gave way to Mozart, then Beethoven, Samuel Barber etc. If gangsta rap is what 'stuck' then it must be because it reflects blacks urban lifestyle's.

  • Back to basics, anyone?

  • i have to say the same what happen to the real tune's

  • Ca change de l'éternelle création de Procol Harum

C'était en 1967... une époque bénie...

  • Have to agree, one of my favorite songs. From this to rap? I never though rap would last this long. Please we need to go back to music!

  • @MrPaul263 hard to believe white music went from the righteous brothers to justin bieber
