Perhaps I should add... My father introducd me to ice bathing @ age-3. Ever since I've been brought up to have daily cold baths & go ice swimming in winter. (My choice - never forced) I introduced my school-mate to the idea & he startted to enjoy it too. Now we're both 23 & still love the energy we feel in cold water.
