my customized ruger sr-556

"this is my rifle there are many like it but this one is mine", thought that was appropriate.
had to get rid of that stock birdcage hated the way it looked on the rifle.
most of the mods were for personal prefrence but the emod stock was also to kind of balance the rifle because it is a little front heavy mostly because of the longer than normal rails & the heavy barrel

@noBuzzkillin good its a really nice buttstock as a matter of fact apparently the USMC is going to be adopting it & attaching it along with a 7 point collapsible buffertube & modified buffer on the m16a4 & dubbing it the m16 a5

@streamfisher1 well like i said its a a pain in the @ss so i used a pair of channel lock pliers (available @ local hw store) because i didnt care about the stock birdcage. also used a vice & an AR-15/M16 LOWER RECEIVER VISE BLOCK both of whitch are purchaseable on brownells

@mixmaster76 thx man im glad you like it but im gonna tell you youre gonna need a strap wrench & or something to put in the front of the flash hider to remove it.. it really sucked

It's awesome to see all the mods you've done with this rifle. I've been waiting to get my hands on one and imagining all the things i would do to it. It's funny everything I've pictured is what you've done. Except the flash hider I would prefer the surefire hider/adapter. Great job bro!
