@muzaffer0618 okej thanks.but  he was very religious as well.he alos made some mosques i think.but anyway.he was a great man.even do he made suicide or not.

@theibbe historians can t know yet. but it seems he suicided. he was so proud man. even he didn t want to attack when the timur was in a mess at the beginning of the war. his sons and commanders insisted to attack but he said that :" - No, i didn t come to here to steal the victory. we will fight man to man."

seems he couldn t handle to be a prisoner. he killed himself . but still it s not proven.
