my mom but kelly is starting to like me now and when I talk to her and pet her cage she doesnt try to bite me, but when she gets scared sometimes and bites the cage I pet her beak so now we are friends but I dont think Im going to pet or anything like that soon

did buddy every be aggresive? because I have a Yellow Naped Amazon Parrot named kelly and she doesnt like me and sometimes triyes to bite me, do you have any suggestions?

Some Parrots usually like to bond to one person. Is there someone else close to your bird that is closer or friendly to her? What I did in the beginning was cut small pieces of fruit like banana or apple and attempt to hand feed. Eventually he got to trust me and got very cuddly and emotional.
