Most of this mob probably were shit at their job therefore when the rule's changed they got assed.. I worked for the company that employed Stephen Dungey, he had a company van, phone, and fuel card, he did his work twice as slow as anyone else took days of every month, and was a disagreeable asshole every day. And by fucking him off the boss employed 2 more guys who did 3 times the work. so whats wrong with that?

Fact is, this is a democracy and employees have rights that are more important then making a greedy someone richer through their labour; worker's rights first; then profit takings; if employers and parasite investors don't like it, they can piss off to America or Russia where most workers got not rights and the economy's a playground for the rich few.
