That fall was scary!

Isn't "steel cross" where arms are straight out in front with wrists closer together than in a weight lifting "front raise?" & all strength is specific. He'd beat an arm wrestler his size on ring strength, the AW would pin his arm unless he was low ranked AW. Bell High Hurst Texas had student Mike Smith lots of tan not on gym team he seemed to be able to hold a cross longer than anyone could stay awake to watch him doing it not as exaggerated as it sounds all footballers stood aside for him.

@Fizniperal yah i saw both of them do the victorian but no were near as good as this guy
-
@Fizniperal thanks for an answer
-
@lawler123 he seems like the only guy who really does victorians
-
to do this you have to be really short and have great triceps and upper back. and little genital helps, less lower weight the better
-
Now that I think about it, how is that move even possible!? O_o
is this the hardest move to do in gymnastics ?

Yes, only 2 others athletes ever displayed it in a meeting: Ali Al Asi at Glasgow 2009 and Stanford's Peter Derman at Cal in 2005. Neither were as good as rodrigues one.

alot of the victorian is ab strength
lawler123 1 year ago
no, if you have the abs to do a front lever that's enough.
It's mainly triceps and upper back.
