And no more smooth skin and shine in the eyes, agile bodies became slow and heavy, laughter turned loneliness, the lights went out. Then came another generation believing their own fallacies were true, just as it was before.

    we never learn.

Your comment is so true!, in the 70's we were screwing anything, and anyone.

Gays , and straights alike. It was the free love of the 1970's we will never love like that again. And then there was AIDS.I was part of it. It's amazing I'm still alive today, You had to be there to understand.

For those of us who were fortunate enough to have actually been a part of Studio 54 it was a hell of a ride. It was a time I'll never forget because it'll never happen again. It was crazy and we LOVED every minute of it :)

I know. I believe that people had more sex in the 70s and 90s more than the 80s. I was there. I was a child in the 80s, and it was more sexually repressed because of the AIDS scare. In the 70s (I was a baby and a toddler in the late 70s, so I wouldn't remember it, but I watched documentaries about it), especially in the disco era (1974-1981) it was a whole lot of loose sex WITHOUT condoms, and the cost of that was AIDS. in the 80s, and it wasn't thant many people having sex loosely. Not the 90s.

I'm talking about as far as sexual revolution. Trust me, it was a whole lot of sex going on in the 90s. Listen to the songs that came out in the 90s: Bump and Grind, Knockin The Boots, Sex Me, etc. I believe that the 70s and the 90s are just alike as far as sexual revolution is concern. The only difference is that we use condoms.

Oh there's a huge difference between the 1970's and the 1990's. It used to be if you were mowing your lawn and you needed to reach down and move a rock you didn't have all that safety bullshit that causes you to re-start the damn thing, and that's just ONE of thousands of bullshit safety mechanisms we didn't have to deal with in the 1970's.

Yeah, there's a major difference in these two time periods.

The 90s was just as carefree as the 70s. The only difference is that we have to use condoms.
