Fire destroys listed college hall
The Grade II listed building is also used for weddings and conferences
A Grade II listed mansion used as an agricultural college has been gutted in a fire and may have to be rebuilt.
The blaze broke out at Moreton Hall in Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire, at about 1630 GMT on Thursday.

More than 50 firefighters battled the blaze, and all students and staff at Warwickshire College's Moreton Morrell Centre were evacuated safely.

The historic Georgian-style mansion, which was built in the early 1900s, is also used for weddings and conferences.

A fire service spokesman said: "The building is completely gutted. It's gone."

The centre has stables for more than 100 horses, and 345-hectare farm with cows and sheep.

im at that college now been there for two years the workers have done a good job with it now i think they might be taken down the scafolding. i think the accident happened by a worker or something by him flicking a fag and went down a fan or something i dont know but thats what i heard

I lived at the collage from 1984-1990 my dad worked there and i use to love running around the hall and woods there as a kid. I went back there last year to have a look at the place and omy its unrecognizable

I lived on the top floor when i was a student nearly 10 years ago and can see the bedroom i had burning away in this vid - sad times! :@(
