Modern choreography to "La Bourree II", the most famous REnaissance dance tune. The most known version comes from Michael Praetorius, Terpsichore, Wolfenbüttel 1612, #33. But there are also Dutch ones, in the works of Nicholas Vallet (1615), Adrianus Valerius (before 1625) and the anonymus "Hollandtsche Schouwburg" (A´dam 1696/1716) - and not to be forgotten: the English country dance "Parson´s Farewell" (John Playford 1651-1728, in all 18 editions !). A real superhit !!!
