Shaw's tech support really blows! They must of laid of half the staff, the wait times are the worst in the industry.

Yep, I've waited 4+ hours before on hold for them, as recent as 2 weeks ago.
I had a tech guy come by and he said Shaw laid off 500+ workers last spring I think he said.
