This trailer is for a 1995 video game/interactive movie called The Daedalus Encounter, starring Tia Carrere.

The file is a Cinepak/PCM QuickTime file found on the Windows 3.x game disc. Converted natively by YouTube. Unfortunately, the sync is not correct but it's difficult to notice in this video.

  • I played this game begining to end 12 times...12 freakin TIMES! I loved the puzzles in this thing. The videos were cool too. It was so cutting edge back then. heh

  • Yeah I had this game for the Macintosh.

    65Mhz Proc

    CD DRIVE!

It came with the Preforma CD computer. Myst was another title that came out at this time. It ran well on Macs and shitty on Windows. I think it was QT or a primitive source.

I could never get past the last puzzles. The ones after the rotating planets. Never did figure that one out. I was like 11 yrs old back then. Elementary school, yeah thats right!

That was like the BOMB back then! Hehe
