@chenoir NO. Except on very cold or windy day, you can go to the third floor. And you can even go the "fourth floor" (top) but only by the stairs from the third floor.

Maybe. I haven't been up there for 5 years (too many people, unfortunately), so maybe the third floor has been authorized, I don't know.

Happily Now it's possible to go on the top of the Eiffel 'cos i was there the last month and it was AMAZING..i just can not describe that feeling and i wonna go there again :( i love paris :) and it's not just like every city..in every corner there's something new :D

Unhappily, it's impossible to go on the top of the Eiffel Tower, it's now limited to the 2th floor. But it's still amazing to be there.
