Third Eye Blind performs "Losing A Whole Year" during the Fillmore "Ten Years Down" shows in San Francisco, 3.13.07. Ironically, Third Eye Blind has found itself recently rejuvenated with larger crowds than ever before and yet the fourth album is finally now on the way.. Loyalty pays off.

It all has to do with how the health of the singer is at that precise moment. Anything off can & will have an effect, no matter how small it may seem to the average body, it will have a huge effect on a singer's voice.
Slight dehydration, slight sleep deprivation, etc.. Anything.
That is why the performances have such a variation. Imagine singing hours at a time day after day. Endless tours.

@kerouac28 Stephan was born in 1964, its now 2011 he will be 47 in Sepember. He's the same age as me & both our b-days are in September too. If he acts immature, its probably on stage. In fact he doesnt act immature, he just likes to have fun & does his own thing, his own way, nothing wrong with that. I've met him & he's a really nice guy. He's the man!

@nurfbar Stephan looks older cuz its 2011 & he's turning 47. He has to look a little older ...since the late 90's, when 3eb started. I think he looks damn good for almost turning 47. He doesnt do drugs, thats why he looks pretty good. In fact, he's the same age as me & he's the man!

Actually, the first song they came out and opened up with both nights was "Thanks Alot" if you can believe that. Had never heard them do it live. Was an excellent surprise. Stephen F-d up the lyrics in the very first verse, so I assume that's why they used "Losing" as the opener for the production version.
