@EmceeSpawn This is the flaw in American jurisprudence. #1, our representatives have become lawmakers, against the idea of the simplistic common law. #2, the idea that the state can be an 'injured party' - which is really only possible in issues of contracts. #3, a split role of judge/prosecutor. There should be no prosecutor. It's a deception to mask the truth... the judge is biased. If all responsibility fell on the judge, it would be self-evident when a judge was corrupt. Sad.

Resort to naming the Satanic Boogyman as an accomplice.

I support the Death Penalty in cases of calculated, downright blissful brutality perpetrated by undeniably guilty individuals.
What disturbed me so deeply in regards to Willingham's case was the Prosecution's hints at Occultism; namely Todd's skull tattoo and an Iron Maiden poster he chose to
decorate a wall with. We've heard
this before, namely in high profile cases of wrongly convicted individuals. The Cases are so weak, motive non-existent, prosecutors resort to naming the Satanic boogyma

The comments on this subject are quite enccouraging in terms of my mpressions of Americans. Although I was still revolted by what "Prick Berry" said when publically confronted with the possibilty that Todd was innocent - "He was a wife beater".

It is inconceivable to me that this prosecuter is now a judge. He is obviously one of those twisted Christians who makes his own judgments on people.
-
To be murdered by the government while being blamed for the death of his own children.. this is abhorrent. End the death penalty now.

Unreal. This is why I hate prosecutors. They don't give a fuck whether you are really innocent or not. They think everyone is guilty. Fuck them.
