Since freedom is a universal transendent idea, there are also transendent ideas that disrupt the idea of freedom. To allow THOSE ideas to be practice is not to allow freedom but it is to allow crime that all humans recognize as evil. Nothing relitive about it. To starv is to die. To rain is to be wet. Transendent.

You needed to lay down way more of your first principles. The ability to do X is not hampered by any punishment for doing X. Determinism doesn't disprove freedom, depending on what your definition of the agent of freedom is, the consciousness or the body. Also, when you consider compatibalism, the free will argument doesn't really have an effect.

If by 'freedom' you mean being able to do any sort of stupid shit without negative consequences, then no, we don't have that.

Freedom The Cliche answer-It is a state of mind-Your perspective..Some are free
But they will never feel it--Some In dire 3rd world prisons--Lands--Have Even What I would call No freedom.. But They Don't feel or think that way.
When I was Badly hurt--(On Duty) I felt I lost all my freedom--I wanted to give up.
Thats when It hit me most of my human exp is lived thru my perspective--I can--Be A Negative Influence and Hate--Or Deal--Be Positive and do my best as a member of the Human race--
