GTA4 was a technical leap but less of a fun game than previous game in the series.
Just to point out....Rockstar did not actually make Max Payne, they just ported it over to the consoles as both Max Payne games came out on PC first. Its actually developed by Remedy Entertainment.

Oh yeah sorry I got confused. It was created Remedy Entertainment but published by Rockstar, I knew Rockstar had something to do with it though.
