i did calculating calories on a sight and it said for my height i can eat 800 something calories to loose it fast can i do that and then maintain after i lost the weight i wanted to?

i just started counting my calories today! and it's crazy of how much im supposed to have ...no wonder why i gained weight lol but im still a lil fogged up with it =)

The calorie thing is correct, and i am happy that you are informing the public about it. Hopefully people will understand the process of weight loss better, and stop doing all the crazy diets! and yes bitches, science works.

but there is lots of sugar in some fruit which can spike your insulin if eaten liberal . thus fat gain
