I am curious at the end of the video. How did you link the aircraft coms to your gopro? I have been seriously thinking of buying a go pro960 to record my own flights. thanks

@NStraveler Take a look at my another video: How to modify te GoPro HD Bus Interface. Extend the internal mic with a cable and put it into your earcup.

I did my first solo cross-country exactly 1 month after you! In the same type of helicopter, Schweizer 300C. Took 3.6 hours including a refueling stop. Great flying!

@cannonballs26 Thanks! 1 month? Let's say, we did it exactly on the same time. Sounds better! ;-) Enjoy your flights!

I never realized you fly from the right seat when solo in this chopper...in the robbies we always fly left hand seat...the GoPro is a great bit of kit too. Colin UK

@colin5016 On this type, the pilot sits left. There are some other types of the Schweizer, where the pilot sits on the right. Flying solo on this type, is more difficult to change some charts or other stuff with your left hand from the seat next to you. But it's possible :-)
