Short look back at Kim and Daniel's wedding. This was a quick test of the camera so I only captured some footage during breaks throughout the day. Unfortunately I didn't have time to capture the actual ceremony. So that is not included.

Anyways this was shot with the Sony HD1000U (in dv mode), and for light I used both a Bescor 50 watt light and/or the Sima 20LX LED light.

I did find that the camera did hunt for focus when it was dark, but was workable.

  • must clean my glasses

  • did you find the low light shots really grainy? I have the same camera..and even in dim lighting, its really grainy. doesnt look like you had that problem

  • Blurry.?

  • the u stands for the american version and the efor the european version

  • what are the differences between Sony HD1000u & Sony HD1000e?

  • why is everything so blurry???

  • did you used 35mm dof adapter when filming this footage?

  • seems a bit weak on low light, the HVR-Z1E is better in low light but a real pain to use as it is not a shoulder mount!! I know I have one stuck on the shelf behind me collecting dust!
