I didn't want you to stop talking. I wish you would have kept on speaking about this. Very good and helpful information as I had not considered this as a reason for feeling more negative emotions at what I thought to be such inappropriate times - like, personal vibrational ascensions, breakthroughs, etc. This helps give meaning to that - instead of feeling like I did something 'wrong', this explains that I am moving forward when sometimes it feels like I am moving back. Couldn't agree more. Awakening is a wonderful experience. However, the perceived conflict between ego, intellect, logic, belief systems, social programming and the soul / higher self, can be uncomfortableand sometimes quite frightening. .. but I wouldn't change it for a thing.... it's the ultimate blessing.
